OK, OK, I know it’s been a looooong time since we made any posts. I’m going to try to catch up with the last few months over the coming couple of weeks. Hopefully, I’ll back posts a few stories and pictures from the holidays and other various adventures. We’ve been extremely busy keeping up with the boys, work, and getting our basement finished. I’ve been falling behind a little bit on pictures, but we do have some to share.

On this particular day, we decided to drive up to Fraser (just north of Winter Park), to a tubing hill. There hasn’t been enough snow to entice us to get the boys on a mountain yet, but we thought this would make for some great family fun. This is an old family run place, and while it may seem overly-commercial to pay $15/hour to be hauled back up the hill rather than hoofing it, trust me, it’s worth it.

It was plenty windy – as you can tell from the sound quality in the videos, but we all had a blast. In one scene, you can here Alex yell “more do!”, which is his way of asking to keep going. The boys had to ride in our laps (as does anyone under age 6). Obviously, it was a bit of a juggle to manage the camera. For those still photo fans out there, I apologize, but I wasn’t willing to try carrying the SLR on this adventure.

  1. WOW, looked like so much fun. $15.00 was worth it. We had a hill near the St. Louis Art Museum that
was half the distance down, and I do remember walking back up. Oh, my younger days. Great video, Chris
    Love Dani, Mom and Grandma…
