Today was Evan’s first day of Kindergarten. He was ready with his Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles backpack and lunch bag, and some spiked up hair. Despite their faces for these pictures, both Evan and Alex actually had good days at their new schools. Evan’s before school program has laptops and iPads to play with, so I’ll be curious to see if he is actually able to get up more quickly in the mornings to get to school…. And Alex’s two preschools have so many new “centers”, including two computers, that I think he will definitely enjoy his days.
We’ve been fortunate to be able to do a video chat with Daddy each night since leaving Sunday morning. We’re all doing okay as we get used to all of these changes.
